At first, I would have rated this laptop 5 star. Led fine, easily upgradable, sleek, etc. Afterward a few months of using, I L755-S5350 started getting lockups. Immediately they are daily. No, it’s not a virus. I tried contacting technical bear – less intelligence there than a cable society tech digest line. In fact, the process is “send us the laptop and we will send you a repaired laptop”. Finally time I did that (a different electronics device) I received back a device that was understandably used, abused, and in worse condition. My future buy will exist a Dell.
