The dmax is 4 then it is a little more powerful than the v500, however the more detail it gives may be excellence it. The windows 7 drivers plus by hand are convenient on the epson site, that i had to download as my system, plus everything has been working fine. It is simple to operate, plus gives mere satisfying results. I tribute epson on creating such a product.
